While the service mangers were super courteous and friendly, the overall experience was far less so. First of all I was told I would need to buy new rotors while changing brake pads. When asked why I was told that this was the only way they ever installed new brake pads. (which is laughable and insane) After I refused the mechanic was asked if that was even possible. After he agreed they relented, but I was told there would be no warranty on my service if I only changed pads. This despite the pads not wearing through and absolutely no damage to the rotors. The truck only had 40k miles from brand new. There was absolutely zero need for new rotors except what felt like a dishonest attempt to upsell a product I didn't need. The warranty warning was laughable. I've never heard of a warranty on brake pads. Next thing was a contact within about 15 minutes by the sales team asking if I was interested in trading in my truck for a new vehicle. Heck no! I just bought the truck 9 months ago. Besides I purposefully did not buy my truck from Corwin because I made the mistake one time of buying a vehicle from Corwin. A used Honda 7 years ago. To this day I am harassed every few months by their sales team asking me if I want to upgrade or trade or if I just want to chat with the sales team. This despite me never answering or returning their calls. The fact that I cannot even take my vehicle in for normal services without the sales team descending on me like a pack of vultures is enough to say I will never darken the doors of their place again. The final straw was the bill. I never asked for a quote. After all how much could a set of rear brakes cost? I typically change them myself in my shop with a jack and a few tools. However since this is a new vehicle, I had not figured out how to put the truck into service brake mode and decided the first time I'd just get the dealer to do it. This is a 30 minute job max in my basic shop. In a service bay it cannot be more than that. But let's be generous and say 45 minutes. The labor alone was $250. The pads were $150. I know OEM is more but at three times the premium brand from Car Qwest, I was dumbfounded. They bragged a multi point inspection free but at that labor rate, I definitely paid full price for that "Free" safety inspection. I know from my own clock that my pickup was in the shop bay less than 1 hour. Fool me once shame on you. I will not be back under any circumstance. I do not plan on being fooled again. Only reason I have 2 stars instead of 1 is the ladies at the service counter were super friendly and courteous. Otherwise the rest of the whole company can get lost.

The service done on my truck was good, but I bought 2 t-shirts and one had a price tag of $20.00 and I was charged $24.95. Not happy about that.

All scheduled work was completed in a very timely matter.

Wrong parts were ordered. Wait 3 to 4 weeks for new parts to come in. They actually showed up in 1 to 2 weeks but my numerous calls to the service person helping me went unanswered or returned until I spoke with 2 additional service people. Was told my ticket "slipped through the cracks". Drop car off for service at 830 as instructed for a 4 hour repair. Informed service person I had to have car back to 330 to pick up my kids and was assured it would be done. No call or update throughout the day. I call at 3 to see the status of car and was told it would be another 1.5 hours minimum. Had to scramble to figure out how to get my kids. Not a great experience. Also, one of the items repaired under warranty is still not working. While there I asked about an engine recall notice we received about or 6.2 engine. I asked if the vehicle could be inspected to see if it has one of the faulty parts installed so we dont get stranded or in an accident when the engine fails. Was told there was nothing they could do until the programming for the recall gets implemented. Couldnt even inspect the vehicle to see if it has the faulty part. So now we have zero confidence in our 2 year old car and we might get in an accident or stranded when the engine blows up. But hey when it happens we get a brand new engine installed which will probably take 2 weeks and not be done correctly anyway. Super negative experience overall.

It seems like the service center is committed to finding things wrong with my vehicle. I have yet to have a vehicle into the service center that I haven't been told I need new brakes on. This experience was no different. I had my vehicle into the quick lube to do an inspection for Turo. They said I needed back brakes but that my front brakes were fine. They sent my vehicle over to service and the service center did their normal inspection and once again said that my front brakes were not ok. I am not sure the discrepancy here but I am pretty frustrated. I had even talked to one of the guys in the quick lube department and he was confused about the discrepancy as well. The one bright spot was working with El or Elle, I am not sure her name. She was fantastic to work with.

I made our appointment for our 45k service on our Yukon well in advance. The girl told us an hour and a half when we made the appointment. I clarified with her it was for 45k service, she confirmed. Upon our early arrival for the appointment on 9/16, we were told we were only scheduled for an oil change and check the tires. How disappointing and super frustrating since we don’t live in kalispell, rather 1.5-2 hours away. The appointment scheduler failed your customer service department and us. Our service advisor on 9/16, Jack S., was very good and understood our predicament, so no reflection on him whatsoever and in fact, he’s the only reason this review gets any stars. So now, have scheduled another trip to Kalispell on October 10th, for the re-scheduled 45k miles service.

I always like Corwin even better than my home Chevy service. I had , with the appointment , made online, asked whether there were any earlier appts. I also called and left a message the Saturday before my Thursday service appt if there were any earlier. I guess , even if there weren’t , I would have expected a contact

My appointment was on time. Had oil change and tire rotation. No comment on a charge for tire rotation, I don’t pay for tire rotation at home, this is a rip off!!!! Then you charge me 3% for using a credit card. You can rest assured that I will never be back!!! You knew that when you made it convenient for customers to use plastic, you would incur a fee from the cc issuer, now you us it to bulk up your revenge. Every one I know will hear about this!!!👿👿👿

Great communication and professional service

My experience at Corwin was not a pleasant experience. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, the gmc canyon has around 12000 miles and is kept inside a garage and stored for the winter months. During the service I received text messages saying cabin filter, windshield wipers were in need of replacement. This to me is upselling and a bit of scare tactics on a vehicle that is practically new and has seen little use on dirt roads . I do understand that there is a check list for safety and routine maintenance and very much appreciate that. The work that was done was top shelf and done in the time frame the service technician stated.

My only comment is that I asked for my fluid levels to be checked with oil change. I wasn't happy with the filter checks and the disarray of my dash box. I personally replaced that filter and Corwin replaced the engine filter just 3 months ago.

I was very frustrated by the lack of price transparency. I had to comb my receipt and identify the errors in billing or otherwise they would have been completely comfortable over billing me. What’s more- among the services provided was an oil change. I paid one price approx $120 and the very day after I had my service done I received an email with a ‘coupon’ for the same service at $89. When a customer is paying thousands in repair costs it means a lot to see that a company looks for and offers the lowest available price. The end result of this experience was seeing corporate greed at it worst.

Le is the most helpful, knowledgeable and thorough employee. This girl needs a raise! She is constantly running every single time I see her and nonstop busy. She takes care of my needs very well and thoroughly each time. She is a gem and deserves recognition for her hard work and skills.

First I made an appointment and a hour and a half goes buy and never started on it I was thinking about a newer vehicle but Thay wouldn’t give me anything for mine so they finally came out after two hours and told me it was done so went to pay there was a special for $85 but they decided to bill me $97 so I was not satisfied this is the last time I’m ever going to deal with them again and make sure I tell everybody about my experience

Please stop asking my wife to pay $83 to replace a cabin air filter. I had put a new one in for her a month ago and you're asking her to replace it? It takes a minute to replace and costs a out $20 for a good filter. If this continues we will take our business elsewhere.

Corwin motors takes advantage of their customers who buy used vehicles they were not willing to give me a reasonable solution to the truck that I purchased less than six months ago it has over $10,000 in repairs needed and refused to fix the issues. Worst customer support and management team that I have ever worked with. They tried to lock me into multiple new contracts, getting more money out of meand refuse to give me a fair trade-in value on the truck. They just sold me.

Josh did a great job of finding an acceptable solution to our issue, and Gabe Serrano was a terrific salesman who was outstanding each step of the way.

Tyler was good and helped me pick a nice vehicle. Other members of the team seemed dropped the ball. The final detail was delayed, at closing they did not know that $62,000 had been wired over 3 days before with plenty of notice for the pavement as they were asking me for the check and proof of payment from my bank after I intentionally delayed deliver of the car for a few days just so everthing would be in order.

I made an appointment and was able to have the service done when I got there. The waiting area was comfortable and provided drinks and snacks. A detailed explanation was given along with pictures taken of the concerned areas.

Drove from Polson twice. First time to figure out what was wrong on Deceber 30th. Was told the part would be in in 4 days. Called on Monday the 19th and told the part was in but noone called. Had I not called, I would still be waiting. Scheduled the repair for Wednesday the 21st at 8 am. Picked up the car at 9:45 and paid. Got home and realized the problem was not fixed! Called and was scheduled to bring it back on Tuesday the 27th. Someone should have checked it out!!!!!

My Sierra was in the shop for 62 days. Disappointed with lack of loner or other option when vehicle is down for extended period of time. Dealership passed communication responsibility off the GM. Spotty communication and transparency around parts availability. I understand the dealership does not control parts availability but I purchased this vehicle from local dealer in expectation they would be there to take care of me. EV service manager, Patrick, did reach out on occasion.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour for this. I had to get an appointment when it used to be a walk-in. I travel three hours for these oil changes and half way back over warning lights that my tires were at 40% psi for all 4 tires came on during a snow storm. I’m not happy this happened as I have three young children who were in the vehicle with me. Do better Corwin!

Ryan with the dealership service department was great to work with and my experience was good with the people in the service department. With that said, I was not happy with the warranty or lack there of. My truck just hit the 5 year mark in December of 2025 but it only has 42,000 miles on it. The DEF tank had to be replaced in its entirety and was $1,800 to replace it but I was told that it was not covered under the emissions warranty? If the DEF system is for the environment and to control the truck's emissions, why is it considered part of the power train and not the Emissions warranty? Also, how does something like that need replaced after only 42,000 miles and even the powertrain warranty is up to 100,000 miles. I understand the age thing, but there are not very many hours on the engine. This experience with GM products and some other issues I've had with the truck as I bought it brand new and have been very diligent with the service on it, I'm considering switching to another brand of vehicle (Dodge or Ford). I've Driven nothing but Chevys my whole life. Very disappointing.

Working with Ryan has been wonderful! He has taken care of any previous and ongoing issues we have had with our Suburban.

There was no communication in regards to diagnosis or what service needed to be performed. The link to the online updating was never updated during service. When texted the service was done the online updates still read as performing diagnosis. Upon pick up the next day, service was not closed out for the vehicle and was not able to receive full print out of services performed or a receipt of service. Now having to go back to get that, and confident problem was not fixed on vehicle so returning to have vehicle looked at again for same issue.

Max was a good salesperson, remained flexible, and was knowledgeable. My only disappointment was the last-minute push and the need to complete paperwork in less than 24 hours for the end of the month. Overall, the experience was good. And I would recommend it to others.

My pickup was given a thorough check over. Service technicians found several items needing attention. I was given a call with the lengthy list. My pickup had 70,000 miles and only maintenance has been 2 batteries and oil changes. I agreed to the work. The work was completed in a timely fashion. A detailed list of work was presented. My pickup feels brand new. Everything is tight. Thank you!!

Found out that the dealership has just been randomly putting numbers on my brake checks and now have my rear brakes being unsafe pads measuring 9mm outside pad an 5mm on inside pad means only getting 50% of stopping power Ryan the service advisor said it is fine an is still working. GM Motors technician said anything bigger than a 2mm gap should have triggered a TSB technician report to fix the issue. That was not done an I was allowed to drive away GM said my vehicle should have been grounded.

They have always been great! Jason has been my service advisor and always super helpful.

While the service mangers were super courteous and friendly, the overall experience was far less so. First of all I was told I would need to buy new rotors while changing brake pads. When asked why I was told that this was the only way they ever installed new brake pads. (which is laughable and insane) After I refused the mechanic was asked if that was even possible. After he agreed they relented, but I was told there would be no warranty on my service if I only changed pads. This despite the pads not wearing through and absolutely no damage to the rotors. The truck only had 40k miles from brand new. There was absolutely zero need for new rotors except what felt like a dishonest attempt to upsell a product I didn't need. The warranty warning was laughable. I've never heard of a warranty on brake pads. Next thing was a contact within about 15 minutes by the sales team asking if I was interested in trading in my truck for a new vehicle. Heck no! I just bought the truck 9 months ago. Besides I purposefully did not buy my truck from Corwin because I made the mistake one time of buying a vehicle from Corwin. A used Honda 7 years ago. To this day I am harassed every few months by their sales team asking me if I want to upgrade or trade or if I just want to chat with the sales team. This despite me never answering or returning their calls. The fact that I cannot even take my vehicle in for normal services without the sales team descending on me like a pack of vultures is enough to say I will never darken the doors of their place again. The final straw was the bill. I never asked for a quote. After all how much could a set of rear brakes cost? I typically change them myself in my shop with a jack and a few tools. However since this is a new vehicle, I had not figured out how to put the truck into service brake mode and decided the first time I'd just get the dealer to do it. This is a 30 minute job max in my basic shop. In a service bay it cannot be more than that. But let's be generous and say 45 minutes. The labor alone was $250. The pads were $150. I know OEM is more but at three times the premium brand from Car Qwest, I was dumbfounded. They bragged a multi point inspection free but at that labor rate, I definitely paid full price for that "Free" safety inspection. I know from my own clock that my pickup was in the shop bay less than 1 hour. Fool me once shame on you. I will not be back under any circumstance. I do not plan on being fooled again. Only reason I have 2 stars instead of 1 is the ladies at the service counter were super friendly and courteous. Otherwise the rest of the whole company can get lost.

LOF service: 1) asked to have my supplied quart of Slick 50 added into oil, left on dash, mentioned to service manager....not done as requested 2) old service sticker was removed but glue not cleaned from windshield, new stickwed was added to the side of old sticker 3) air cabin filter cover was not put back on after check by teck and was found on floorboard 4) drivers seat was never repositioned but rather adjusted all the way back and lowered to the max these little things lead me to question services? were they done as sloppily and unprofessional? This is the 2nd time I have had questionable LOF services that I noticed. How many [ast services were never done professionally?

Service manager was very friendly and respectful . He provided answers to all my questions and didn't try to be pushy in any upsaleing that wasn't needed. Tech did a good job in a timely manner. Truck was back to me when promised with zero issues.

The customer service rep's (I believe her name was LE Van)first question to me was whether I'd been using the special additives which are on display at the counter. Then she finished up with an older gentleman ahead of me, chiding him for not having told her he had coupons. So then I said I had used the online service to book my appointment and used the online coupons. She abruptly told me I would still need to show her proof. But then she was too busy helping someone else to look at my phone. So she had one of the mechanics look and he wrote the coupons down. I don't understand why she shouldn't be able to pull up that information from when I booked my appointment. Then, when it came time to pay, she was treating an older woman the same way over the coupons. I paid extra for a multi point inspection and had specifically requested on my appointment booking that the rear wiper blade needed replacement. The report on the inspection showed checked ok. The blade was not replaced. I questioned LE Van about it and she said I should have said something when I came in. I stated that I had requested it in my appointment booking, so then she argued with me that I still should have said something. Besides the fact that is included on multi point inspection. Then she charged me full price and when I reminded her that I had showed coupons to the mechanic, she questioned me again about them. Finally she ended up giving me the discount. The entire experience from beginning to end left me with a very negative impression of the dealership. I have been a lifetime Chevrolet customer and this is the third dealership I have done business with. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect until visiting Corwin Motors. Besides not getting the wiper blade replaced, my car needed new tires and a filter. Something I normally would have had the dealership do. But after that, I had no desire to return.

Got two text messages advertising discounted price on oil change. When I picked up the truck they neglected to do the discounted price. I had to remind them.

I went in for an oil change and because my check engine light was on. Matt was extremely helpful. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and since the part was in stock, it was fixed the same day. The waiting area was great while we waited.

Had to go back 5 fucking times for the same problem. Then you up-charge 200% for a part plus a ridiculous labor fee per hour. Additionally, those 5 times, 3 of those should have been unnecessary and I had to take extra time unpaid off of work, so really, you should be giving me a goddamn discount or refund. Never coming back here again, I ask you to check other things and come back with lies or more problems than what I came in with just so I'll spend more money. After all of that for one original problem, now I left after 5 visits with 2 more I'll have to fix somewhere else. Either you are all stupid, or incompetent, or running a complete scam. Eat shit.

We have always had good service at Corwin.

Had a check engine light on dash info. Took truck to Corwin motors service department, they scanned computer and found exhaust sensor showing bad. They ordered new one and checked other components of under carriage and found worn steering linkage. They ordered parts for that and set appointment. On day of appointment I left truck. They called later in day to say it wouldn’t be ready that day due to alignment person not available till next morning. It was ready by 8:30 that day. All work was still paid for by my bumper to bumper insurance I had purchased when I bought vehicle in 2018.

Service was fast and kept me informed while I waited.

I like being able to make an appointment and get in on time and they take good care of my car!! Le Van is very good at her job.

They get things done in a timely manner. I am kept up to date as to the progress of the vehicle.

My last visit was a transmission filter and fluid change, radiator flush and refill, excellent job, my contact Ryan in service and the technician who completed the work was Shawn, both are professional, dependable and honest. Corwin Motors did a super job of completing my service needs.

Where do I start… September with my 2013 Camaro, was told by Jason in service the parts are obsolete and he couldn’t help me, after literally 100 phone calls between warranty, service and management I picked my car up the last time last week 5/2026. It was chaos, stories, lies….the over charged warranty, tried to double bill the front windshield to me and them, on a windshield they broke during repair work, over charged me and lied about key fab replacement for new ignition parts, to my face when confronted denied trying to over charge me, it’s all on recorded lines I hope Corwin corporate takes this seriously and looks into it, David the service manager is a crook, Jason is a punk he speaks to customers with a condescending attitude and I posted on social Media and with in two hours for 362 comments of the same treatment and attempts to charge people for things not even done. What a lesson this was, I am so grateful I never have to go there again!!!

When i or anyone books a specific simple oil change at a specific time and it takes 1 1/2 hour; something is wrong. Also, report about issues with visual inspection was/is WRONG.

This is the second time that I have chosen to buy a new GM from Corwin. Julie, Gabe, and Josh have taken great care of me and my company when we do business here. The entire team really make things go smooth. They price things right and the paperwork is a breeze. I flew out to get our first work truck but completed my entire deal over the phone and email this time. My new GMC 2500 HD Denali will be delivered to me north of Seattle in a couple of hours.
